  • What If I Already Own Forecaddy v1.5 With Follow Mode?

    ForeCaddy v1.5 units sold prior to June 2024 were configured with Follow Mode permanently enabled and therefore nothing will change for your device. 

    Future firmware updates will enable improvements and enhancements to Follow Mode.

  • Why Was Follow Mode Removed From Forecaddy v1.5?

    Follow Mode for v1.5 has been removed as a default feature and is undergoing review and upgrade

    • Follow Mode will be available as an add-on purchase for customers who buy the non-follow version of the ForeCaddy v1.5.

  • How Will I Update My Cart To Include Follow Mode When The Update Is Released?

    Follow Mode will be available through a digital firmware update once it has been reviewed and upgraded:

    • Non-Follow Mode Device Owners: will be eligible to purchase Follow Mode through our website. After purchase of Follow Mode, instructions regarding how to update firmware and subsequently enable the device to ping the cloud server to enable Follow Mode will be delivered.

    • Existing Follow Mode Owners: These devices will retain the initial follow mode that came standard with the device. Any improvements and enhancements to Follow Mode will be available through free firmware updates once released.
