  • What If I Have A BASIC Subscription?

    ALL ACTIVE BUSHNELL LAUNCH PRO BASIC SUBSCRIPTION USERS WILL REMAIN ACTIVE IF:

    - Auto-Renewal MUST Be Enabled.

    - No Lapse In Subscription Activation Occurs.

     

    NOTICE: No Additional Sales Of the Bushnell Launch Pro Basic Subscription Will Be Possible After October 9th.

    • Basic Subscription: General Feature List

      The BUSHNELL LAUNCH PRO BASIC SUBSCRIPTION will continue to provide the following features. Should you upgrade subscriptions, the only active option is now the updated GOLD SUBSCRIPTION.

       

       

       

       

    • Basic Subscription: Courses

      If you maintain an ACTIVE BASIC SUBSCRIPTION on your Launch Pro device, you will not be provided access to the simulation aspects of the Gold Subscription.

      • No Courses will be provided through maintaining an Active Basic Subscription.

      If you upgrade to the NEW GOLD SUBSCRIPTION, you will be provided access to the following course options:

    • Basic Subscription: Club Data

      All Customers who had purchased a Launch Pro device prior to Oct 9th will be provided access to Club Data from their Launch Pro for the life of their product.

      Any customer purchasing a Launch Pro device on or after Oct 9th will be subject to the current platform options, under which Club Data must be purchased as an additional Add-on.

    • Basic Subscription: Third Party Software Integrations

      The BASIC SUBSCRIPTION does not allow access to any Third Party Software Integrations:

        • Available For Purchase & Connection When Maintaining GOLD SUBSCRIPTION
      • 1-YEAR Swing Catalyst:
        • Available For Purchase & Connect with GOLD SUBSCRIPTION.
      • Creative Golf Software Offerings:
        • Creative 3D, Golfisimo, and Course Library Available For Purchase & Connect with New GOLD SUBSCRIPTION.
      • E6 Connect Software Integration:
        • E6 Connect Available For Purchase & Connect with New GOLD SUBSCRIPTION.

       

    • I Already Paid For Basic But Want To Upgrade?

      If you have already paid for a Basic Subscription and want to upgrade to a Gold Subscription, you may do so right away!

      The amount that you have paid will be pro-rated and applied to your renewal of your Second Year of Gold.

      This means you will pay for the Gold Subscription now, and then the amount remaining from your Basic Subscription will apply as a discount on your Renewal of Gold.

      Your original Basic Subscription Date will be the starting date for your Upgraded Subscription.

  • What If I Have A SILVER Subscription?

    The BUSHNELL LAUNCH PRO SILVER SUBSCRIPTION had previously been discontinued. However, for those of you who had chosen to maintained one of the two previous Silver Subscription option, you will have the following available to you:

     

    1. If you are currently paying $499/year, you will be immediately upgraded to Gold Subscription option as this shares the same price and will provide you upgraded features. 
    2. If you are currently paying $399/year, you will stay at you existing Silver Subscription until you choose to upgrade. This is due to the slight price increase from your silver plan to the new gold plan requiring your authorization.
